While not directly associated with
home inspection, the "other
certifications" demonstrates my
dedication to the inspection
profession. When I'm not
performing home inspections,
I am providing fixed equipment
inspection to my full time employer
(one of the largest chemical
companies in the world).

I take the inspection profession very seriously. In addition to
performing high quality home inspections, I am also a long term
employee of one of the largest chemical companies in the world.
In my job as a Senior Fixed Equipment Inspector (boilers, pressure
vessels, above ground storage tanks, heat exchangers, buildings
and structures, etc) , I know my employer depends on me to make
decisions based on facts and good judgement. These decisions
involve millions of dollars worth of assets that have the potential to
cost hundreds of thousands of dollars a day worth of lost revenue.
My employer has entrusted me to make prudent decisions with
their assets, and you can be assured I will make the same good
decisions with your home inspection.
As a long term employee of a large corporation, I receive the best
ongoing training available.
How does fixed equipment inspection and home inspection
compare? Both require individuals that are knowledgeable in
learning and understanding industry recognized codes and
practices. All too often, folks don't understand the codes or
misinterpret them. I deal with these issues on a daily basis.
I have been involved in the inspection field for almost 25 years.
