			Your inspection report will be emailed or faxed to you as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. If you require a hard copy report, it can be prepared in a presentation binder for an additional $35.00 plus $15.00 postage. You must sign a copy of the "Inspection Agreement" prior to your report being released to you. This is an insurance requirement that is not negotiable. Your inspector will go over the "Inspection Agreement" with you prior to beginning the inspection.
